​As a former Petaluma three-sport prep-athlete, Connor found a love for strength and conditioning to positively impact his play on the field.
A football scholarship allowed him to earn his Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from Humboldt State University . This education gave him the knowledge and tools to pursue a successful career in fitness for people and athletes of all backgrounds. The display of positive attitudes and the eagerness to improve is what motivates Connor to consistently design and create innovative ways to push individuals towards their personal goals.

Kinesiology caught my attention right away in college, it quickly changed my entire career path. After knee surgery and constant shoulder injuries I had to learn how to approach the gym in new ways, I had to focus on not only strengthening but also rehabbing and preventing further injuries. I was a competitive swimmer and athlete for 10 years but it wasn’t until I made weight training my main focus that I realized what a huge difference it could make in a person's life. Mentally and physically I became stronger and healthier than ever before and my goal is to help show others how to do the same.

I grew up playing sports and living a very active lifestyle. My own injuries forced me to quit the sport that I loved, so I then turned to the gym to stay active and fit. It was through my own fitness journey that I became inspired to help others accomplish theirs. I want to break the stigma that you need to look a certain way to be healthy and instead I want to instill the importance of feeling good inside, building self love and confidence and having high energy, strength, and endurance levels. I developed a passion for fitness once I started my own fitness journey and quickly learned that there is no linear way to navigate it. Consistency is key, setbacks are not failures, but are opportunities for growth and adjustments and there is so much power in feeling strong and confident. My goal is to motivate, inspire and educate people on why fitness and daily activity are crucial to a well rounded sustainable lifestyle. I plan on being there to support your needs, wants and help you reach your goals with a wide variety of workouts. I am excited to train with you!

Witnessing the way that fitness and health goals can completely change someone's life is what motivates Jane to take training and health to the next level. She strives to teach that healthy living is a lifestyle that doesn't have to feel stressful. “Consistency brings motivation, and motivation brings consistency” is a quote that Jane lives by. She believes that life is all about balance, and finding the way that fitness and health works for you is more important than changing how you naturally want to operate, to work for fitness and health.
