GROUP CLASSES

Bootcamp

This class is a total body, heart pumping, fat burning workout and is designed to keep you on your toes! Whether it be circuit training, strength-training, or interval-training, each class will keep you guessing!  Using your own bodyweight, free-weights, and other exciting equipment, you will be challenged to train your body like you've never done before!

(All Levels - 50 Minutes)

STRENGTH

This class is a great way to increase your overall muscular conditioning. It is designed to sculpt, define, and build lean muscle!  The focus is on isolation exercises using free-weights and resistance, along with a combination of Olympic lifts.  Be prepared to walk out feeling PUMPED!  (All Levels - 50 Minutes)

PERSONAL TRAINING

Our Personal Training sessions are taught by certified and experienced trainers that incorporate the same basic elements as the group classes with the benefit of individual attention. The intensity of these sessions is conducive to your fitness skill level or the specific demands of your sport. This is also a great option for those who are not ready to participate in classes. You will work with your trainer to gain a base level of strength, flexibility, and knowledge of proper technique. Each workout will be designed to ensure your body adapts to the exercises to achieve your goals safely and effectively. Personalized workouts will continually challenge you to become stronger, improve endurance, build confidence, and become more fit. Your workouts are sure to be engaging and educational. No matter what your level of fitness or goals, your personal trainer will help you break through barriers by showing you innovative and exciting ways to maximize your results. LUMA TEAM TRAINING

A team may reserve the entire facility for private training. Classes are positive, fast-paced, and challenging. Our ‘Team Training’ program is designed not only to develop speed, strength, power, and agility, but help build self-esteem, confidence, and team chemistry that will transfer over to your field or court. The “team atmosphere” offers exponential gains through competition and motivation. Exclusive team sessions are customized to meet the sport specific goals of your team. Our philosophy is consistent with what is practiced in elite training programs associated with major universities and professional sports. Private team sessions are booked outside regular business hours and on weekends.
