BOOTCAMP
This 50-minute, all-levels bootcamp class is a total body workout combining circuit training, strength work, and heart-pumping intervals to keep you challenged and engaged. Using bodyweight exercises, free-weights, and varied equipment, every session brings a new workout designed to build strength, boost endurance, and torch calories. Our most popular class offers multiple time slots daily, so you can train alongside your Petaluma neighbors whenever it fits your schedule. Our trainers will help you scale to your abilities!
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
This 50-minute, all-levels strength and conditioning class focuses on building lean muscle and increasing overall muscular conditioning. Through isolation exercises with free-weights and resistance training, combined with Olympic lifts, you'll sculpt and define your physique while gaining functional strength. Offered on weekdays with variations including Lower Body, Upper Body, and General Strength, you can target specific areas or mix it up throughout the week.
YOGA
This 60-minute, all-levels yoga class offers the perfect complement to your strength training with flowing sequences that improve flexibility, mobility, and balance. Through mindful movement and breathwork, you'll build body awareness, reduce stress, and enhance recovery while strengthening your core and stabilizer muscles. Offered Saturday mornings, it's the ideal way to reset, restore, and connect with your Petaluma fitness community in a more meditative setting. PRECISION CORE
& MOBILITY
This 60-minute, all-levels class divides evenly between core conditioning and mobility work. The first half focuses on building abdominal strength, coordination, and stability through targeted exercises that tone your midsection and help eliminate pain caused by weak core muscles. The second half shifts to muscular recovery and improved range of motion through dynamic and static stretching, breathwork, and intentional movement patterns. Perfect for Sunday recovery or as a complement to your training week, you'll leave feeling restored, balanced, and ready to move better.

This 60-minute, all-levels class divides evenly between core conditioning and weight training fundamentals.
